·      ¼ cup fresh lemon juice

·      1 garlic clove, finely minced

·      2 tsp honey

·      1 tsp salt divided

·      1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

·      4 Canadian AAA Angus rib steaks (each ½ to ¾ inches thick)

·      142 g package baby spinach

·      1-pint cherry tomatoes, cut in halves

2.     Combine parsley with lemon juice, garlic, honey and ½ teaspoon salt in a Mason jar. Put on the lid and shake until well combined. Add olive oil and shake again.
